Prior to establishing his own practice Rick held top HR executive positions where he led the growth and development of organizations, and leaders across the United States and global business locations for companies that include Community Health Network, Indiana University Health, Bayer, ConAgra Foods, and Guilford Mills.
Rick holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Development, and a Bachelors degree in Business Management. His formal training includes certifications as: a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Gold in Lean Transformation, Healthcare Coach, and a Master Facilitator (USAF Academic and Technical Training Academies).
